Is your student going on one or more of our Chets Student trips? If so, bring in a homemade baked item on Sunday, November 10 at each of our campuses. Items will be entered for the silent auction. Funds earned will be evenly distributed to the fundraiser participants and can be applied to any of our summer trips. (NO Bake Sale at North and Palm Valley campuses)

THRIVE 2025

THRIVE 2025 is a weekend-long retreat full of discipleship, worship and fellowship for Middle & High School students at all of our Chets Creek Church campuses. THRIVE will be at Epworth By The Sea in St. Simons Island, GA 


REGISTRATION OPENS on Sunday, September 15, 2024. The Total Cost of THRIVE is $300. Deposit is $75 (*non-refundable). To guarantee your student receives a t-shirt you must register by February 23, 2025. Registrations after March 1st are not guaranteed a shirt or preferred size.

REGISTRATION CLOSES on Wednesday, March 01, 2025.

**ALL FORMS AND PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON MARCH 01, 2025**

FINE PRINT:*A $75 non-refundable deposit to Epworth is included in your required registration payment to hold your spot(s). *No refund will be issued for cancellations made after March 01, 2025. For any questions, please email michelle@chetscreek.com.

Mission Jax 2025

This mission trip will take place June 15-19. During Mission Jax, students will live on mission as we serve in our own community. This is a great opportunity to share the gospel and more while being the hands and feet of Jesus to the people of Jacksonville.  

LIMITED to first 50 students registered. *Registration will remain open after spots are filled and you will be put on a wait list, by order of registration date/time. If a spot opens, we will contact you.

Ichetucknee Float Trip

Ichetucknee Float Trip

Saturday, August 10, 2024

Come float the Ichetucknee with us and enjoy one last fun "summer" activity with Chets Students! We know school is just around the corner, but let your stress float away as you float down the Ichetucknee Springs! Price includes bus transportation, tram ticket, and tube. (Price does not include lunch/food.)

The float trip is open to ALL students grades 6-12.*

*ANY 6-8th grade student MUST have an adult parent/guardian on the float trip with them. (Sorry, this is a 2 hr float and tube groups typically get separated while floating at different paces. We are unable to watch EVERY STUDENT and therefore must require all middle school students to have an adult parent/guardian floating with them.) ALL PARENT/GUARDIANS MUST REGISTER FOR THE FLOAT TRIP INDIVIDUALLY.

**It is a requirement that all participants of the float trip be able to swim. If your student cannot swim they will not be allowed to participate in the float trip. 

BUS WILL LEAVE BY 7:30AM, PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE HODGES CAMPUS BY 7:00AM.

Freshman Weekend

FRESHMAN STUDENTS!

Friday, August 09 (6pm-11pm) and Saturday, August 10 (7:30 am - 5:30pm)

The Freshman Weekend is open to students from all of our Chets Creek campuses that will be a 9th grader during the 2024-2025 school year.

We are excited to celebrate our incoming freshmen across all campuses and want to set them up for success as they enter high school! NEW FRESHMEN get to know high school student leaders, participate in some fun (of course!), and learn all about high school, making wise choices, choosing the right friends, and starting out on the right path. The freshman year is considered the "make it or break it" year in high school. It will either set your student up on a pathway for success or a path they don't want to find themselves on four years later. Our Freshman Weekend is designed to help new 9th graders start out with two very important resources for high school: a TRIBE of friends including older high school students who can walk with them this first year and WISDOM they can apply toward making the right choices in the coming weeks ahead of them.

DINNER MENU NOTE: During these times we are unable to accommodate food allergies. Participants with specific food allergies are responsible to bring their own food. We apologize for any inconvenience.

**It is a requirement that all participants of the float trip be able to swim. If your student cannot swim they will not be allowed to participate in the float trip. 

FLOAT TRIP: BUS WILL LEAVE BY 7:30AM, PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE HODGES CAMPUS BY 7:00AM
